Heart change leads to changed lives. Live Free Ministries began out of a desire to see broken people restored to the purpose God has for their lives. Initially, the ministry consisted of published materials and retreats that focused on going deeper in God. Next came outreaches to pastors in the United States and around the world. Then eight years after its inception, Live Free Ministries added The Omega Project: an intensive discipleship home that helps those struggling with higher levels of dysfunction and addiction. Now in 2021, 23 years after its creation, Live Free Ministries encompasses space for over 50 men and women in The Omega Project, a 7 bed women's transitional homeless shelter, an active YouTube channel, and more of the resources and teachings of Live Free Ministries being made available to all online
What does Live Free Ministries Do?
Live Free Ministries exists to help individuals experience lasting freedom through the transforming power of Jesus Christ. For more than two decades, we have been dedicated to addressing the deeper heart issues that often lie beneath destructive behaviors, broken relationships, and life-controlling struggles.
What began as a ministry serving those trapped in addiction and dysfunction has grown into a broader mission of helping people from all walks of life experience genuine transformation. We believe true freedom is found not merely in changing behavior, but in allowing God to bring lasting change to the heart.
Through our two primary ministries, The Omega Project and Heart Change U, we provide practical tools, biblical teaching, discipleship, and supportive communities that equip individuals to live with purpose, freedom, and hope.

Bring Heart Change to your church, small group, or organization! Developed through more than 15 years of helping addicts and alcoholics heal at a spiritual level from the wounds that cause their addictions, these proven tools and are intended to equip you to walk with others through the Heart Change process.
Recovery Program
The Omega Project is a multi-faceted, faith based recovery program that emphasizes heart level changes of men and women. We offer lifestyle change to those whose probable future would have been jail or homelessness. We provide a place to live, teaching and training in lifestyle transformation, work opportunities, and contact with those who have overcome the addictive lifestyle.

The Founder & Director
David A. Case
In partnership with the Holy Spirit, David has developed a transforming life message. No matter where someone is at physically, mentally, or spiritually, he is able to see people as God created them to be. Using practical application of biblical principles he is able to guide them out from the midst of their brokenness to the place of their calling. David has learned how to deal with dysfunction at every level.
A thoroughly capable counselor, he teaches a systematic biblical worldview that is clearly laid out in in his 12 published books, blogs, videos, and most recently, a podcast. He is especially effective in the retreat format because it gives him the time needed to build the foundations which are vital for transformation.
