Larry Purcell was a founding board member of Live Free Ministries in 1998 and he has continued to serve as a board member for the majority of the ministry's 20 plus years of existence.  Larry has studied the Word intensely and his fervor has extended to being a counselor and prayer leader for multiple retreats.  He has been a mentor to many to help them through their struggles.  Larry’s heart completely lines up with the mission of the ministry and he represents what truly makes a difference: people helping people.

Rev. Arden Gray

Rev. Gray has ministered in Church of God, Free Methodist, and Nazarene churches.  He has done work as a chaplain in the prison and has a Master of Arts degree as a crisis counselor. Rev. Gray is compassionate, reliable help to anyone in the program and he always points them to the source of true change, the Lord Jesus.

Pastor Jon Black

Jon has been pastor of Countryside Covenant Church for over a decade.  He got a taste of an Omega type of ministry early in his life, when his father opened first a coffee house, and then halfway houses for both young men and young women. With a heart for prayer and discipleship, we appreciate the wisdom that Jon brings to the Live Free Board.

Jillian truly enjoys volunteering as overseer at one of the women’s houses and making sure the ladies form lasting and healthy connections as early as possible. She also heads up the Care Team at her church and makes it her goal to help newcomers feel connected. She loves staying home with her two kids and spending time with her husband, Marc.

Levi Stewart
